• Optional airport pickup.  Don’t worry about getting lost on your first day in Toronto. Jigsaw will meet you at Pearson International Airport. Just look for the Jigsaw sign at your arrival gate and we will drop you off at your arranged homestay. We guarantee pick up even if your flight is late in arriving.
• A 24 hour emergency number for students so that they always have someone to contact in Canada 
• Phone cards available at the school for $10 or $20
• Health Insurance can be purchased at the School

Information and Orientation

Jigsaw International Language Academy recognizes that international students have a variety of need in addition to learning language.  As a result, the directors of the school have a scheduled time where they are personally available to provide assistance to the students.  Assistance is available in the following areas.

• Education counseling for college and university
• Help locating doctors, dentists or pharmacists
• Banking, telephone and postal service help
• Information about renewing tourist and student visas for continued stay in Canada
• Contact with language schools in other cities
• Information on fares and schedules for air, train and bus travel
• Assistance locating places of worship, community recreation centres, first language associations , libraries and parks
• Information on bargain shopping including outlet malls, antiques and flea markets
